If a purchase made with Store Credit or a combination of Store Credit and a Gift Card is returned, the refund will be credited back to Store Credit only. Astley Clarke Gift Cards are available to buy online, with denominations between £20 and £5,000. To redeem a Gift Card online, simply enter the Gift Card code in the voucher code box at the checkout and click on 'Redeem'.
What is the return policy of Astley Clarke?
Astley Clarke allows you to return your jewellery, including earrings, free of charge. However, the return and delivery country must be the same. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 days of receipt, but there may be a slight delay with processing returns during sale or promotional periods. All jewellery, excluding personalised items, returned within 30 days from receipt of delivery, is eligible for a refund. They do not offer exchanges on all their pieces as they cannot guarantee that your desired item will be in stock upon your return. They suggest you return your item for a refund and place a new order on their website while it is in stock. Shipping charges, Gift Wrap, and engraved purchases are non-refundable. If an order is part-returned and in doing so the remaining order value is then below the current free shipping threshold then the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from the credit applied to the returned item. Please note that engraved products, bespoke items, special orders and items that they do not currently carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. If your engraved piece is faulty, you can return the item to them using the free returns service. All returned jewellery is thoroughly disinfected. Unauthorised returns may be returned to the sender. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Astley Clarke. They recommend using the free Royal Mail tracked returns service provided. Using an alternative tracked delivery service does not affect your statutory rights. Returns policy for items on sale is the same as their returns policy noted above.
